Team, access and billing
Invite teammates, control who sees which accounts, and manage your plan.
A workspace is the shared home for your team's accounts, scripts and run history. This guide covers who can do what, and how plans and billing work.
Workspaces
Everything in chiliad belongs to a workspace. People you invite work in the same workspace β the same scripts, accounts and history β instead of keeping separate copies.
If you belong to more than one workspace, for example your own and an agency's, switch between them with the workspace selector at the top of the sidebar. Rename the workspace in Settings β Team.
Members, roles and invites
Team management lives in Settings β Team and is available from the Studio plan up.

Roles: the Owner controls billing and can transfer ownership. Admins manage members, accounts and scripts. Members work with scripts and accounts.

Access: Full access covers every account in the workspace. Private covers only the accounts that person connected.

Pending invites expire. Resend or cancel them here.

Invite several people at once and choose their role and access up front.
Limiting access to accounts
Use Private access for freelancers or specialists who should work only with their own clients inside your workspace. They see and manage the accounts they connected; everyone with Full access sees everything.
Change a person's access at any time from their row menu: Grant full access or Restrict to own accounts. Removing a member leaves the workspace's scripts in place.
Plans
Plans differ mainly in the number of Google Ads accounts, team members and days of history:
- Free β 1 account (no manager accounts), 3 scripts, 14 days of history. Monitoring only, no loader deployment.
- Solo, β¬19 per month β 15 accounts, unlimited scripts, 180 days of history, failure alerts and Premium marketplace scripts.
- Studio, β¬49 per month β 35 accounts, up to 5 team members, 365 days of history, per-member account access.
- Agency, β¬99 per month β 100 accounts, up to 10 team members.
- Scale, β¬199 per month β 250 accounts, unlimited team members, priority support.
- Enterprise β custom limits and white-label. Contact us.

Your current plan and its status: Active, a trial countdown, Canceling or Past Due.

Manage Subscription opens the billing portal for payment details and invoices.

Yearly billing is 20% cheaper.

Pick a plan to subscribe or switch.
Changing or cancelling
- Upgrading takes effect immediately.
- Downgrading keeps your current plan until the end of the billing period.
- Cancelling keeps paid features until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the workspace moves to the Free plan and its limits.
Payments are processed by Stripe and all major cards are accepted.
