Authorized emails are the Google accounts your team uses to connect to Google Ads. Each authorized email can access the Google Ads accounts it has permissions for.
Each individual Google Ads account (CID) connected to your workspace counts as one account. MCC (manager) accounts let you manage child accounts without counting each one separately on the Solo plan and above.
