By accessing or using chiliad (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
chiliad is a SaaS platform that allows users to manage, deploy, and monitor Google Ads scripts across multiple advertising accounts. The Service is operated at chiliad.io and app.chiliad.io.
The Service includes a script marketplace, automated script deployment via loader scripts, execution monitoring with analytics, email digests, script failure alerts, team collaboration features, and subscription-based access tiers (Free, Solo, Studio, Agency, and Scale).
You agree not to:
chiliad connects to your Google Ads accounts via OAuth 2.0. By using the Service, you authorize chiliad to access and act on your Google Ads accounts as directed by you. You remain solely responsible for all scripts deployed through the platform and their effect on your advertising campaigns.
Your use of the Service is also subject to the Google API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Please review these policies for additional terms governing the use of Google Ads data through the Service.
The Service offers a free tier with limited features and paid plans (Solo, Studio, Agency, and Scale) with expanded capabilities. New users receive a 7-day free trial of the Solo plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. Upon cancellation, your workspace reverts to the Free tier with its associated limits.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Plan limits (number of accounts, scripts, analytics retention, team members) are enforced at the time of use and may vary by tier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, chiliad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any particular advertising results.
Scripts available in the chiliad marketplace are provided as-is for use within Google Ads. Some scripts are free for all users; others require a paid subscription. You may install marketplace scripts into your workspace and deploy them to your connected Google Ads accounts.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing any script before deploying it to a production Google Ads account. chiliad does not guarantee that marketplace scripts will produce any particular advertising result or be compatible with every account configuration.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your Google Ads OAuth tokens are revoked immediately, and all associated data (scripts, execution logs, team memberships) is permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
