A Google Ads account is not showing up — what to check
Why an account can be missing from the list in chiliad and how to make it appear.
When you connect Google Ads, chiliad lists the accounts that the connected Google login can reach. If one is missing, the cause is almost always access rather than a fault.
Check these in order
- Is it the right Google login? The account must be accessible to the login you connected. Open Google Ads with that login and confirm you can see the account there.
- Was the connection made with Google Ads access? A connection added as Scripts only cannot list accounts. Use Upgrade to Google Ads on the connection in Settings → Google Ads.
- Is the account under a different manager? If the client sits in a manager account your login cannot reach, it will not be listed. Ask for access, or connect a login that has it.
- Is the account cancelled or closed? Use the status filter in the account picker to include accounts that are not enabled.
- Have you added it yet? Listing is not adding. Click Connect Account on the Accounts page, tick the account and click Add Selected.
- Have you reached your plan's account limit? Free allows one account, Solo 15, Studio 35, Agency 100, Scale 250.
If the list is completely empty
The connected login has no Google Ads access at all, or the connection has expired. Reconnect, or add a connection from a login that does have access.
New access takes effect on the next listing
If someone has just granted your login access to an account, open the account picker again to fetch a fresh list.
