What happens when the free trial ends?
What the 14-day trial includes, what changes when it ends and what happens to your scripts and accounts.
Every new chiliad workspace starts with a 14-day trial of the Solo plan. No credit card is needed to start it.
What the trial includes
Solo's limits and features: up to 15 Google Ads accounts including manager accounts, unlimited scripts, loader deployment, run history and failure alerts.
One exception: Premium marketplace scripts unlock when you subscribe, not during the trial.
You can see the days remaining in Settings → Billing.
When the trial ends
If you subscribe to any paid plan, nothing is interrupted. You keep working with the limits of the plan you chose.
If you do not subscribe, the workspace moves to the Free plan:
- one Google Ads account, with no manager accounts,
- up to 3 scripts,
- 14 days of run history,
- no deployment through the loader.
Your scripts, their versions and your settings are not deleted.
Subscribing
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose monthly or yearly billing; yearly is 20% cheaper.
- Pick a plan and complete the checkout.
You can subscribe at any point during the trial or afterwards. Upgrading later is immediate.
Choosing the plan
Solo fits one person with up to 15 accounts. If colleagues need access, or you want to limit people to their own clients, choose Studio or above. See Which chiliad plan do you need?.
Cancelling a paid plan
Cancel from Settings → Billing. Paid features stay available until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan.
